2009 Annual Meeting
On March 12, 2009 the Company held a meeting of Board of Directors and Majority Shareholders to pass an action of unanimous written consent in lieu of an Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
An Information Statement detailing the action taken was mailed to shareholders on or around April 24, 2009. We look forward to an Annual meeting with all our shareholders in 2010.
